Korean Sijo by Pak Hyogwan

(1781 - 1880)

A noted singer, composer and artist, Pak enjoyed an active life span of 99 years. He was a noted poet in the closing years of the Choson dynasty. With his disciple An Minyong he edited the Kagok-Wonryu, one of the three classic sijo anthologies. His pen name was Un-ae (Cloudy Cliff).
